Booking Terms
These draft booking terms are intended to explain how a Kazakhstan trip moves from inquiry to a confirmed booking, and the responsibilities of each side. They are a structure for legal review and do not yet create binding obligations.
Status: Draft — for legal review, not yet in force
Legal review: Verification pending
About these booking terms
These booking terms should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. The confirmed terms for your specific trip are those set out in your written quotation and confirmation.
How booking works
A typical booking follows these steps:
- You share your travel details through the form or WhatsApp.
- We discuss your priorities and check what can be arranged.
- We prepare a written travel proposal and quotation.
- You review it, ask for adjustments, and decide whether to proceed.
- A booking is confirmed once the required steps below are completed.
- We help you prepare for the journey.
Quotations and proposals
A proposal describes suggested arrangements for your dates and group. Until it is confirmed, the itinerary, suppliers, accommodation, transport, activities, and prices in a proposal may change, for example due to availability.
A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. After that period, availability and prices may need to be re-checked.
Prices
Prices are confirmed in your written quotation, together with the currency and what the price is based on (for example the number of travellers and nights). We do not publish fixed package prices on this website; prices depend on your specific request and on supplier availability at the time of confirmation.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking and secure arrangements with suppliers.
Payment
Payment terms, including how and when any balance is paid, will be set out in your quotation.
When a booking is confirmed
A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and any required deposit or payment step defined in your quotation has been completed. Verbal discussion, a proposal, or a message thread alone does not confirm a booking.
Supplier availability
Elements of your trip depend on the availability of independent suppliers. Availability can change until a booking is confirmed. If something you requested becomes unavailable, we will tell you and propose alternatives where possible.
Changes requested by you
If you want to change your dates, group size, or arrangements after booking, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Changes may affect availability and price and may be subject to supplier conditions.
Operational changes
Occasionally, arrangements must change for operational reasons — for example a supplier change, weather, road access, or attraction operation. Where this happens we will aim to provide arrangements of a comparable standard and to keep you informed.
Your responsibilities
To help your trip run smoothly, you are responsible for:
- Giving accurate details about your travellers, dates, and requirements.
- Ensuring travellers hold valid travel documents and meet entry requirements.
- Arriving on time for scheduled arrangements and following reasonable safety guidance.
- Telling us promptly about any special requirements or changes.
Travel documents and visas
You are responsible for ensuring that each traveller holds a valid passport and any visa or entry permission required for Kazakhstan and for any transit. Entry requirements are set by the relevant authorities and can change. We do not guarantee visa outcomes.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers arrange appropriate travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation, and other risks relevant to the trip. Insurance is the traveller's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Events beyond reasonable control
Where severe weather, natural events, road closures, official restrictions, transport disruption, or other events beyond reasonable control affect a confirmed booking, we will make reasonable efforts to find suitable alternatives. The consequences of such events for payments already made are addressed in the Cancellation and Refund Policy and in supplier terms.
If something goes wrong
If you are not satisfied during your trip, please tell us or the relevant supplier promptly so that we can try to resolve the matter while you are travelling.
How these terms fit together
These booking terms work alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. If your written quotation states something more specific for your trip, the confirmed quotation governs that point.
