Trip-planning form inquiries

When you submit the trip-planning form, the information in the form is transmitted to our processing system so our team can respond with a proposal. The form is used to start a conversation and prepare a quotation; it does not create a booking or a contract.

The website itself does not store your submission in your browser beyond what is technically required to complete the request, and the form does not place customer content into the page URL.

WhatsApp and messaging communication

If you contact us through WhatsApp, or ask us to continue on WhatsApp, the messages you exchange with our team are handled within that messaging service and by our staff. Communication is written by a person on our side; we do not use automated customer replies.

WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Please avoid sending sensitive identity or payment details through messaging.

How we use your information

Information we do not request online

To protect you, we do not ask for the following through the website form:

Passport number or passport scan.
National ID or Emirates ID.
Full date of birth.
Card number, CVV, banking password, or one-time passcodes.
Sensitive medical diagnoses or children's identity documents.

If any information of this kind is genuinely needed later in a booking, it will be requested and handled through an appropriate, secure channel — never in a public web form or an ordinary message with sensitive detail.

Children

Our website is intended for adults arranging travel. Where a trip includes children, we ask only for the number of children travelling and their travel-relevant needs, not their identity documents. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
